These Terms of Service govern your use of ReviewBombz, a product of KJE ("we", "us"). By purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ReviewBombz monitors public business review listings (Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor), detects coordinated review attacks, generates owner-voice responses for your approval, and coordinates outreach to mitigate reputation damage.

Plans and Billing

Emergency Rescue is a one-time purchase. You authorize a single $497 charge billed at checkout.
Reputation Shield ($297/mo) and Elite Shield ($597/mo) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance with no long-term commitment.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
All amounts are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReviewBombz to:

Post fake or misleading reviews on any platform.
Attack, harass, or retaliate against reviewers or competitors.
Violate the terms of service of Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, or any other platform.
Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or detection logic.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

What We Do Not Do

We do not post fake positive reviews. We do not purchase reviews. We do not guarantee the removal of any specific review, only that flagged reviews will be submitted through the platform's official dispute process.

Outbound Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive calls, SMS, and emails from our crisis response team in connection with monitoring and outreach. All communications comply with TCPA and honor DNC registries. Opt out any time by replying STOP or emailing support.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that detection will catch every attack or that every response will be effective. Reputation outcomes depend on factors outside our control including platform policies and reviewer behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
